"I've been with your office since before Matthew took over, way back when Harlon Minor ran this office. I've never received a call from State Farm before and I just received a call from your office, Linda specifically, indicating that my homeowner's policy deductible has changed and turns out to be less favorable for me and more favorable to State Farm. Linda provided no care about hearing my concerns about the deductible change and just kept speaking over me when I tried to share a concern and ask for specific information on why. Additionally, now the premium is also going up significantly, again, when I tried to share a concern that this is not good for customer base but favorable for State Farm, she didn't hear my concerns because she kept talking over me, so much so it seems as if they are unwilling to hear my concerns and do not value hearing my concerns, offer alternatives or any other information, other that this is what State Farm is doing. I would have thought that after 30 + years of loyalty, my concerns would have at least been heard. I hate to say it, but with the economic struggles we are all facing, it's time to see what else is out there."
